MORE THAN A TRAVEL BASEBALL TEAM.

NY Vandals Baseball is a competitive travel baseball organization powered by Tier 1 Performance and built around one goal: developing better baseball players.

Our program is designed for athletes who want more than just weekend tournaments. Vandals players receive high-level coaching, structured practices, year-round training opportunities, and access to a development-focused environment at Tier 1 Performance.

We believe winning matters; but development comes first. Our goal is to help every player improve their skills, baseball IQ, confidence, work ethic, and ability to compete while preparing them for the next level of the game.

NEW YORK VANDALS

OUR PHILOSOPHY

The Vandals aren't built around collecting trophies at the expense of player development.

We want our players to learn how to play the game the right way, handle adversity, compete with confidence, be great teammates, and understand the work required to continue improving.

Our coaches emphasize fundamentals, baseball IQ, accountability, preparation, and individual development while creating a competitive team environment.

The goal isn't simply to create successful youth baseball teams.

It's to develop successful baseball players.
