ABOUT TIER 1 PERFORMANCE
Built for athletes who want more.
Tier 1 Performance was created with one goal in mind: to provide athletes with the coaching, resources, and environment they need to reach their full potential.
Our facility is built around player development. From professional baseball instruction and private lessons to cage rentals, camps, clinics, and strength and conditioning, Tier 1 gives athletes a place to train and improve year-round.
We believe development goes beyond simply getting reps. It's about training with purpose, building confidence, creating good habits, and learning how to compete. Our coaches bring real playing and coaching experience into every session while creating an environment that challenges athletes to get better every day.
Whether you're just beginning your baseball or softball journey or working toward playing at the next level, Tier 1 Performance is where athletes come to train, develop, and compete.
TRAIN. DEVELOP. COMPETE.
about the owners
Jeff & Dana Belge
Tier 1 Performance is a family-owned and operated business led by Jeff and Dana Belge, two former high-level athletes who share a passion for creating a better training and development experience for young athletes throughout Central New York.
Â
Jeff brings extensive baseball experience to Tier 1, including six seasons of professional baseball with the Los Angeles Dodgers, Tampa Bay Rays, and Chicago Cubs organizations. His time in professional baseball exposed him to elite coaching, training methods, and player development systems that helped shape the vision behind Tier 1 Performance.

Dana brings an accomplished athletic background of her own. A former collegiate softball standout, Dana earned All-American honors and was named Conference Player of the Year during her college career. Her experience competing at a high level gives her a firsthand understanding of the dedication, preparation, and support athletes need to succeed.

Together, Jeff and Dana created Tier 1 Performance to be more than just an indoor training facility. Their goal is to build a community where baseball and softball players can receive high-level instruction, develop as athletes, build confidence, and be surrounded by coaches and people who genuinely care about their success.

As a husband and wife team and former competitive athletes, Jeff and Dana are committed to providing Central New York families with the type of training environment, opportunities, and support they would want for their own family.
