By signing this document, I understand that participation in baseball, softball, athletic training, strength and conditioning, batting cage use, pitching, throwing, hitting, fielding, camps, clinics, lessons, team activities, facility rentals, and other activities at Tier 1 Performance involves inherent risks.
These risks may include, but are not limited to, being struck by baseballs, softballs, bats or other equipment; collisions with other participants or objects; slips and falls; muscle strains, sprains, fractures and other injuries associated with physical activity.
I voluntarily choose to participate, or permit my minor child to participate, with knowledge of these inherent risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release and hold harmless Tier 1 Performance LLC, its owners, employees, coaches, instructors, independent contractors, agents and representatives from claims arising from the ordinary inherent risks associated with participation in activities at the facility.
This release is not intended to waive any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
